Q: How do I find user details and status in the CMS?
Answer:
- Log in to the CMS using a user account with the User Management Admin role.
- Navigate to Menu → Users → User Management.
- In the Search Form, enter the registered User ID or Email Address, tick the Archive checkbox under the Status column, and click the Search button.
- The user's status and details will appear on the CMS results page.
This will help you get the information details and User ID's status
Description for each of the IMS User ID Status:
Status | Description |
Pending | User ID which is newly registered and pending to complete the activation |
Active | User ID which is currently active in the system |
Templocked | User ID which has been temporarily locked due to incorrect password given |
Locked | User ID which had reached the maximum attempt of temporarily locked count |
Suspended | User ID which had been suspended due to inactive for 30 days (Configurable), and required to be activated by User Admin |
Inactive | User ID which had been manually deactivated by User Admin, or failed to change password or answer security question at maximum attempts |
Archived | User ID which had been archived due to suspended for 60 days (Configurable), and required to be activated by User Admin |
