A user account will be marked as "Pending" if it has been newly added in IMS and has not yet been activated.
The new user should check their email inbox for the activation link.
If the activation link has expired, please follow the steps below to resend the activation link for account activation:
- Log in to the CMS using a user account with the User Management Admin role
- Navigate to Menu → User → User Management. Enter the User ID and click the Search button. If the user exists, their data will be displayed in the CMS.
- Click on the user entry to view details, then click Edit.
- Click Activate, then click Submit. The activation request will be sent for approval.
- Notify the designated approver to approve the request.
- Once approved, an activation URL will be sent to the user’s registered email address.
