Q: How to reset the password from CMS login page?

Answer:

  1. Open the CMS login page
  2. Click on Forgot Password
  3. Enter the registered details such as User ID, email address, and contact number. 
  4. If all the details matched, the system will proceed to trigger a Reset Password email to the registered email.
  5. User can check in their inbox / spam and junk folder for the Reset Password email
  6. Upon received, user can click the given link which they will be redirect to the Change Password page where they will be required to enter their security answers.
    Note:- If the user has forgotten the security answers, please refer to the FAQ below on how to "Change Security Question".
  7. Once the security answers have been entered correctly, user can proceed to enter their new password and submit.
  8. The Reset Password process is successful, and user can login again with the new password.


Q: How to change the password from CMS?

  2. Navigate to the menu under your User ID at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select “Change Password” from the dropdown list.
  4. The system will display a new page to update your password.

Q: How to change the Security Question from CMS?

Answer:

  1. Log in to the CMS using a user account with the User Management Admin role
  2. Navigate to the menu under your User ID at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select “Security Question” from the dropdown list.
  4. The system will display a new page to update your security question and answer.
  5. Fill in the required fields, then click Submit.

 

Q: How to reset the Security Question and answer if the user forgot the security answer?

Answer:

  1. Log in to the CMS using a user account with the User Management Admin role
  2. Navigate to Menu → User → User Management. 
  3. Enter the User ID, and tick the Archive checkbox.
  4. Click the Search button. If the user exists, their data will be displayed in the CMS.
  5. Click on the user entry to view the details, then click Edit.
  6. Click the Reset Password button to reset the password along with the Security Questions, then the request will be sent for approval.
  7. Notify the designated approver to approve the request.
  8. Once approved, a URL to reset the password and security questions will be sent to the user’s registered email address.

Note: The activation link is valid for 2 hours, so the user must complete the process as soon as possible.
