Q: How to resolve the issue if encountered error “You are already logged in, please logout first”?

Answer:

The errors may be encountered if  

  • user is idle in the CMS for 20 minutes 
  • user not logged out properly 
  • user experience disruption on the connection.

 

To delete the user session, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the CMS using a user account with the User Management Admin role / look for the PIC that holding this role. 
  2. Navigate to Menu → User → Session Management.
  3. Select the user you wish to delete the login session and click delete button.
  4. Retry to login with the user account that previously encountered the error.
