The errors may be encountered if
- user is idle in the CMS for 20 minutes
- user not logged out properly
- user experience disruption on the connection.
To delete the user session, follow these steps:
- Log in to the CMS using a user account with the User Management Admin role / look for the PIC that holding this role.
- Navigate to Menu → User → Session Management.
- Select the user you wish to delete the login session and click delete button.
- Retry to login with the user account that previously encountered the error.
