When IMS tries to send the SMS request to the SMSC but received a "Failed" status.

This indicated that the registered Mobile number is incorrect or invalid due to formatting.


Under the Delivery Log Details section, you can click on the "Authentication Request" in a blue box to view in detail. 

The Response message is returned by the SMSC.

  3. Check and ensure that the registered mobile numbers contain only numeric characters.
    Note:- Do not include symbols “+”, spaces, or special characters.
