Q: Why can’t I access the IMS login page?

Answer:

You may see one of these error messages when trying to access IMS CMS:

  • “The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your Support ID is XXXXXXXXX.”
  • “We’re sorry, but we cannot continue with your request. Please try again later.”


Q: Why does this happen?

Answer:

IMS CMS access is restricted to users on approved (whitelisted) IP addresses. This means you must be connected to your organisation’s proper network or VPN to access the system.


Q: How to Regain Access

Answer:

Most access issues are resolved by connecting to your organisation's proper VPN or whitelisted network. 

  1. Check Your Network Connection
    • Are you connected to your organisation’s network or VPN?
    • If you're unsure, contact your IT team to confirm.
  2. Verify the IMS URL
    • Make sure you are using the correct IMS login URL provided by your organisation.
  3. Try a Different Device
    • If possible, test on a different device while connected to your organisation's VPN or network.

If you’ve followed all the steps above and still can’t access IMS:

  • Reconfirm that you're connected to your organisation’s network or VPN.
  • Restart your device and reconnect to your organisation’s network or VPN.
