Q: Why can’t I access the IMS login page?
Answer:
You may see one of these error messages when trying to access IMS CMS:
- “The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your Support ID is XXXXXXXXX.”
- “We’re sorry, but we cannot continue with your request. Please try again later.”
Q: Why does this happen?
Answer:
IMS CMS access is restricted to users on approved (whitelisted) IP addresses. This means you must be connected to your organisation’s proper network or VPN to access the system.
Q: How to Regain Access
Answer:
Most access issues are resolved by connecting to your organisation's proper VPN or whitelisted network.
- Check Your Network Connection
- Are you connected to your organisation’s network or VPN?
- If you're unsure, contact your IT team to confirm.
- Verify the IMS URL
- Make sure you are using the correct IMS login URL provided by your organisation.
- Try a Different Device
- If possible, test on a different device while connected to your organisation's VPN or network.

- Reconfirm that you're connected to your organisation’s network or VPN.
