Q: What is an IP Whitelisting request?

Answer:

An IP Whitelisting request is when a client needs access from specific IPs to the following:

    • CMS – to access the IMS portal.

    • Webservice – to connect to APIs (for adding or updating cards).

    • SFTP – to access the server for enrollment and response files.

    

Q: How does clients submit an IP Whitelisting request?

Answer:

Clients must complete the Service Request Form and submit to Infinitium Support (Support@infinitium.com)

Once Infinitium received the completed SRF, it will be process internally to get approval.


Pre-requisites for IP Whitelisting request

Requestor should ensure the following: -

  • State the date for whitelisting the outbound IP
  • The IP details must be filled in on the provided IP Whitelisting table.


Note: 

  • Outbound IP should be provided for whitelisting
  • IP Whitelisting implementation can only be carried out during night / non-peak hours.
